The Role
We are seeking high-potential R&D Project Researchers to join our R&D teams and contribute to innovative projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. In this role, you will contribute to R&D activities, including:

Contribute to R&D projects by following market expectations, customer needs, and technological developments, and supporting the transfer, adaptation, and implementation of new technologies within laboratory environments

Support the design, development, improvement, and validation of products, formulations, processes, or systems through experimental studies and technical analyses

Plan, execute, document, and share R&D and project activities in line with quality, confidentiality, and project management systems, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders

Contribute to continuous improvement by supporting laboratory efficiency, technical infrastructure, safety practices, documentation accuracy, and knowledge sharing across R&D teams
What Makes You a Great Fit

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. degree in Chemical Engineering and/or Chemistry
-
Background in Mechanical Engineering or Materials Science & Engineering (double major, minor, or graduate degree) is an advantage
-
Very good command of written and spoken English

New graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply
