The Role
We are seeking high-potential Polymer R&D Project Researchers to join our R&D team and contribute to innovative projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. In this role, you will contribute to R&D activities focused on polymer materials, formulations and performance driven product development, including:
· Contributing to R&D projects by following market expectations, customer needs, and technological developments in polymer science, coating technologies, functional materials and sustainable formulation approaches supporting the transfer, adaptation, and implementation of new technologies within laboratory environments
· Supporting the design, development, improvement, and validation of polymer formulations, processes, curing/crosslinking mechanismsthrough experimental studies and technical analyses
· Planning and conductinglaboratory experiments to understand the relationship between formulation structure, material properties and final coating performance.
· Preparing technical documentation, project reports and experimental records in line with quality, confidentiality and project management systems.
· Contributing to continuous improvement by supporting laboratory efficiency, technical infrastructure, safety practices, documentation accuracy, and knowledge sharing across R&D teams.
What Makes You a Great Fit
· Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. degree in Chemical Engineering,Chemistry, Polymer Engineering
· Background in Polymer Science or Materials Science & Engineering (double major, minor, or graduate degree) is an advantage
· Academic or practical background in polymer chemistry, polymer physics, coatings, surface technologies or functional materials is a strong asset.
· Very good command of written and spoken English
· New graduates with strong academic/laboratory background or candidates with relevant R&D experience are encouraged to apply.

· Data driven experimental and solution-focused mindset, with the ability to interpret material characterization results, identify root causes and support the implementation of corrective actions
