The Role

We are seeking high-potential R&D Project Researchers to join our R&D teams and contribute to innovative projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment.  In this role, you will contribute to R&D activities, including:

• Contribute to R&D projects by following market expectations, customer needs, and technological developments, and supporting the transfer, adaptation, and implementation of new technologies within laboratory environments
• Support the design, development, improvement, and validation of products, formulations, processes, or systems through experimental studies and technical analyses
• Plan, execute, document, and share R&D and project activities in line with quality, confidentiality, and project management systems, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
• Contribute to continuous improvement by supporting laboratory efficiency, technical infrastructure, safety practices, documentation accuracy, and knowledge sharing across R&D teams

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. degree in Chemical Engineering and/or Chemistry
• Background in Mechanical Engineering or Materials Science & Engineering (double major, minor, or graduate degree) is an advantage
• Very good command of written and spoken English
• New graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply
