HR Assistant Specialist
Job description
- Provide a board range of support to HR BPs in day-to-day HR activities to ensure the effectiveness of all functions (employee relations, recruitment, L&D, performance management)
- Ensure the best candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Prepare and maintain HR data sources, metrics and reports, job descriptions
- Take active role in continuously development of HR processes
- Drive employee motivation and satisfaction with a passionate attitude
Requirements
- Min. BS / BA degree in related fields
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in consultancy, manufacturing, automotive manufacturing sectors
- Strong planning, organization, problem solving skills, solution and quality oriented
- Enjoy working as part of a team, strong communication and collaboration skills with all levels
- Eager to learn about HR topics
- Continuous improvement and innovative mindset, open to change and development, a self-starter
- Good command of English in both writing and speaking
